Drivers and Trainmen
We employ a core of permanent multi-disciplined staff who cover the duties of drivers and trainmen. Where our own staff are unable to carry out particular duties, for example, where they lack route or traction knowledge, we then hire in appropriate staff from other TOCs. This process is transparent to our customers but allows us to provide a flexible and responsive service, without carrying unnecessary overheads or worrying about peaks and troughs in our business.
